We ask that you carefully read the guidelines below and please follow them, so we can host races.
RACER/SPECTATOR RESPONSIBILITY:
If you feel sick, are sick or have been around someone who has been sick, please don’t race or attend the event until you are healthy or sure you don’t have anything. Each racer and spectator is responsible for their own well-being.
RACE TIMES:
We are splitting the event to reduce congestion on the trails/staging area.
The Junior classes will start at 5:15pm.
The Beginner, Sport, Clydesdale, Open Women, E-Bike and Expert classes will start at 6:30pm.
REGISTRATION:
We will have online and onsite registration this year. We encourage you to sign up online; it streamlines the registration process (and it will save you $$$). Online registration closes at 4pm day of the race. If you have any issues getting signed up online please let us know. Onsite registration will open 30 min before each race time.
NUMBER PLATE PICKUP:
You will need to come get your number plate at the registration table; tell us your name and we will hand you your number plate. Please social distance and clear out of the area after you pick up your number plate. (Make sure you put your assigned number on your bike; don’t get them mixed up with other family members or friends!) 6:30pm racers – we will hand out numbers starting at 6:00pm so do not come to the staging area early (we will hand them out after the 5:15pm racers have received awards and left the area).
RACE START:
We will start one category at a time at the starting area, spacing them a few minutes apart. We will call each group up one at a time to the start line.
RESULTS:
Results are available LIVE online here – https://www.webscorer.com/30227. If you see an issue with the results please let us know.
RACE FINISH:
The awards for the 5:15pm racers will happen as soon as the top three in every category are finished racing. The awards for the 6:30pm racers will happen as soon as the top three in every category are finished racing.
